Currently, we only offer standard shipping due to the handmade nature of our products. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us at support@emulto.com with your order details.
10. How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, email us at support@emulto.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
11. Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

13. Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Each piece is handcrafted with care, making every item unique. Variations in color and texture are part of the Wabi-Sabi charm.
14. How should I care for my ceramics?
Our handmade ceramics should be hand-washed with mild soap. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.
Most of the Ceramics can be microwaved but we still advise you NOT to.
15. Are your products food-safe?
Yes, all our tableware and drinkware are made with food-safe glazes and materials.
